It is a richly diverse and meaningful celebration for many Mexicans who celebrate it. It provides for a discussion about loss, empathy, understanding, and also about cultivating resilience, family ties, and traditions. These are universal lessons.

Autumn Time
Hello Kiddies, Parents, Caregivers, and Teachers!
I wanted to provide an autumn related activity, you can also find Nutritional Related Lessons as well. The changing of the seasons are a wonderful time to reflect on traditions and rituals.
When kiddies and parents participate in time-
tested traditions and activities they increase resilience and self-care. These activities help us build strong minds and improve our coping and intrapersonal skills.
Intrapersonal skills are skills that help us build self-esteem, create open mindedness, and increases awareness of our own thinking. This in turn, helps us learn to better manage our own emotions, increase self-discipline, and self-motivation. By increasing these skills, we are able to overcome adversity or boredom when we meet it. Through these skills we become more patient and a self starter, when the time comes.
Autumn traditions build on these skills by reinforcing the sense of security we feel, emotionally and physically; among those we trust, like our friends and family members. By participating in these activities we reinforce bonds and invest in relationships that help us maintain resilience.
I hope you enjoy this time to Reflect & Play.
